Mommy & Me at Boise Urban Studio

This session was such a joy from start to finish! I had the pleasure of photographing a fellow photographer and her beautiful little ones at Boise Urban Studio—and let me tell you, it was magic.

It was my very first time shooting at this space, and I instantly fell in love with the bright, airy feel and clean white walls. Tucked right in the heart of downtown, it’s the perfect mix of modern and cozy, letting natural light flood the room while keeping the focus on the connection between mama and child.

The session itself was everything I hope for in a boutique-style shoot—playful, relaxed, and full of authentic love. This sweet mama was so natural and present with her kiddos, and her little girl? She was an absolute joy with the cutest laugh and the sweetest, freckled face. She cuddled, giggled, and twirled, and I was there for every moment.

One of the things I always strive for is capturing families as they really are—nothing overly posed or stiff. Just real love, real connection, and a little bit of chaos in the best way. This session was all of that and more.

I’m so thankful to have met this incredible mama and her littles, and even more honored to have been able to freeze these moments in time for them.
